This course explores the laws and administrative rules that govern real estate practice in New Hampshire. It reviews the licensing requirements, professional conduct, disciplinary procedures and brokerage relationships under RSA 331-A, RSA 310 and the Real Estate Commission’s rules. Learn how to stay compliant, manage risk, and apply agency law in everyday transactions.
