Kick off the new year with our 2026 Leadership Training! An energizing and informative session designed for all incoming leadership positions within the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS®. This training will provide a clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and best practices for effective governance, ensuring our volunteer leaders are empowered to guide the Board with confidence. By establishing strong leadership foundations, staff are better supported to manage day-to-day operations smoothly and efficiently.
